Like toliet paper, until it is NEEDED you will not see the use or value.  Knowing we need to be prepared I am taking actions to create a robust network to empower my customers and provide them value & the information needed.  For those looking to be anti-fragil and ready.  You need to get each person you want to be communicating with to also purchase one, and as we saturate the marketplace we can help others reduce costs and eliminate other providers not meeting our standards.
